The Site is a pre-launch, proof-of-concept website. It presents general information about Salient, a cybersecurity consultancy based in the Republic of Moldova, and about its sister product Salient.sec (security-awareness training and phishing simulation).

The Site is informational and marketing material only. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services, a quotation, or a commitment to contract. Any engagement for consultancy or Salient.sec services is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Permitted use of the Site

You may view and use the Site for lawful, personal, and legitimate business-evaluation purposes only. When using the Site, you agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or these terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server, or any connected system or network;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or circumvent any security or access controls, without our prior written authorisation;
• introduce malware, or transmit any code or material designed to disrupt, damage, or impair the Site;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the Site by automated means without our consent;

You may view and print individual pages for your own reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. No professional or legal advice

The Site may reference Moldovan and EU rules - including Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data (currently in force), Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection (which applies from 23 August 2026), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the GDPR), and the cybersecurity framework under Law No. 48/2023 and Government Decision (HG) No. 562/2025. Any such references are general information only and may be simplified, incomplete, or subject to change.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites, and a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of any third-party site is subject to that site's own terms and policies.
