Salient exists because Moldovan organizations now face real cybersecurity and data-protection obligations - Law 48/2023, HG 562/2025, and the data law that applies in August 2026 - with no easy way to meet them. We're a small, senior team that does the work ourselves: we find the gaps before an attacker does, help you close them, and leave you with evidence you can hand to an auditor.
